Fraser is an experienced and passionate chamber musician. He has performed with renowned chamber ensembles such as the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Brass Quintet, Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra Brass and Popical Ensembles, World Brass, Pure Brass quintet, Sinfonia NRW, C/O Chamber Orchestra, and The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, with whom he performs regularly. Fraser has travelled throughout Europe performing at various prestigious venues including the Wigmore Hall, London, The Marinsky Theatre, Russia and the Philhamonie in Berlin. He has also appeared in numerous festivals including the Rheingau Festival, Germany, T in the Park, Scotland, St Magnus International Festival, and many more. From 2006 - 2012, Fraser was a founding member of the quintet Pure Brass, which was part of the Enterprise Music Scotland residency project and a member of Live Music Now! Pure Brass were also recipiants of the Tillet Trust Young Artist Programme, The Park Lane Group, The Musicians Company Maisie Lewis Programme, Finalists Royal Overseas League Chamber Competition 2010 and 2011, winners of 2009 Governors Chamber Music Prize, The Norman Cooper Chamber Music Prize, and the Mary D Adams Prize for Chamber Music. Fraser is a founding member of Eigelstein Brass, an international quintet based in Cologne, Germany, as well as holding the position of tuba player with the C/O Chamber Orchestra, based in Berlin.
